Working with our airline client’s client in chilly Montreal, selling in Customer Journey Mapping as a means of understanding how best to improve customers’ experiences.

Got a couple of hours in the city before my flight back home. Hadn’t been here in nearly twenty years. A very cool place indeed. Check that. An extremely cold place indeed…
